This policy explains how AirFiesta, a unit of Airline Reservations Desk LLC ("AirFiesta", "we", "us"), collects, uses and protects personal information when you use airfiesta.com or book travel with us.

Information you give us
- Contact details: name, email address, phone and WhatsApp number.
- Trip details: routes, dates, number of travellers, cabin and preferences.
- Passenger details needed to book: full names as on passports, date of birth, gender, and where an airline or country requires it, passport or ID details, frequent flyer numbers, meal and assistance requests.
- Payment details: processed through our payment providers. We do not ask for card numbers by WhatsApp, text or email.
- Messages and forms: the content of emails, WhatsApp messages, and call-back and quote requests you send us through our website forms.
Information collected automatically
- Website analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site, such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location. See Cookies.
2. How we use your information
- To prepare quotes and respond to your requests.
- To make, change and manage bookings with airlines, hotels and other travel suppliers.
- To send booking confirmations, itineraries and important travel updates.
- To meet legal, tax, accounting and security obligations, and to prevent fraud.
- To improve our website and services using aggregated analytics.
- To send offers only where you have agreed; you can opt out at any time.
3. Legal bases (UK and EU travellers)
Where the UK or EU GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (to book and manage your travel); legal obligation; our legitimate interests (running and improving our service and preventing fraud); and your consent (for marketing and non-essential cookies).
4. Who we share information with
- Travel suppliers such as airlines, hotels, cruise lines and their booking systems, so they can provide your travel.
- Service providers that help us operate, such as payment processors, email and messaging services (including WhatsApp), our website form delivery service (FormBold), and website analytics (Google).
- Authorities where required by law, for example immigration or security requirements of airlines and governments.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
5. International transfers
Travel involves sharing information across borders, for example with an airline in another country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
6. How long we keep information
We keep booking records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise them. Quote requests that don't lead to a booking are deleted within [RETENTION PERIOD, e.g. 24 months].
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please contact us immediately if you suspect misuse.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain uses, and to withdraw consent. This includes rights under the UK and EU GDPR, California privacy law (CCPA/CPRA), Canada's PIPEDA, Australia's Privacy Act 1988, and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. 9. Cookies

Our website is not directed at children. We process children's details only when an adult books travel for them.
